Green Bay, located on the western side of Lake Michigan, is one of the most productive walleye fisheries in the United States. The bay supports strong populations of walleye, smallmouth bass, northern pike, and perch.

The famous Fox River walleye run begins each spring as fish migrate upstream from Green Bay to spawn. Throughout the summer and fall, anglers target walleye on reefs, flats, and drop-offs throughout the bay.
